About VIET GARDEN
Viet Garden is a new chapter at 372 Queen Street East, created to bring fresh Vietnamese cooking to the neighbourhood in a warm and welcoming way. Inspired by the flavours of Vietnam and the simplicity of good ingredients, our menu features pho, rice dishes, grilled plates and traditional starters, all prepared with care by a dedicated kitchen team.
The restaurant is owned by Van Nho Hoang, who wanted to share the food he grew up with while honouring the familiar address the community already knows. The space has been refreshed with natural tones and soft lighting, creating a calm setting for lunch, dinner or a late evening meal.
